What We're Looking For (Job Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandarin is a must, Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency.
• Handle Tax Accounting, E-invoicing, SST submission and month-end closing.
• Proven experience as an Senior Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., UBS Sage).
• Experience and knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
