Job summary

A leading interior fit out works contractor in Malaysia seeks a Senior Finance Executive to manage accounts receivable transactions and lead financial reporting to management. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Finance with 3-5 years of experience. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred. This role involves liaising with auditors, managing intercompany transactions, and leading audits within the finance department.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
• Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable can speak and write in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with other departments' HOD regarding AR transactions.
• Check all intercompany transactions.
• Submit financial reports to management monthly.
• Liaise with auditor and company secretary.
• Lead the account department during audits.

Job description

Liaise with other departments' HOD to ensure all the related AR transactions are in order; (claims, invoices, certification, retention amount, collections).

To check all the intercompany transactions.

Submit financial reports to Management by 10th of every month.

Liaise with auditor and company secretary.

Leading the account department during audits.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Candidate must have 3-5 years of proven experiences.

Fresh Graduates is encourage to apply.
