Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Cheras at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property. Daily tasks include monitoring the premises and CCTV systems, responding to security incidents, enforcing security protocols, and managing access control. The role also involves maintaining a secure and welcoming environment through vigilance and prompt response to potential hazards or threats.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance, emergency response, and access control procedures
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for assessment and resolution of security incidents
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
