Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Purview, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of ADUC, MFA, Group Policy troubleshooting, AD, DNS, and SCCM.
• Experience managing SSO applications (SAML & OpenID) and app secrets inventory.
• Ability to manage both internal and external certificate lifecycle and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with enterprise IT administration.

About the Role: You will manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including Active Directory forests, domains, policies, certificates, DNS, and Microsoft 365 services. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient operations across user accounts, devices, applications, and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Active Directory: Forests, Domains, Organizational Units, Users, Groups, Service Accounts, Computer Objects, Policies, and DNS.
• Manage internal and public certificates, including issuance, sharing, and maintaining central inventory for URLs, hosts, and applications.
• Maintain Entra ID / Microsoft 365 services: Users, Groups, Devices, Privileged Identities, SSO Applications, App Registrations, MFA, and security policies.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot agents on endpoints and servers.
• Manage workflows, reports, and liveness checks using CoreView and MIM.
• Perform domain registration and manage public DNS records.

Requirements / Must-Have:
