Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handling all aspects of personal work of the superior.
  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and appearances.
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondences; writing letters, dictating minutes and reviewing interview scripts.
  • Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and interview scripts.
  • Carry out background research and present findings on subjects the superior is dealing with.
  • Organize and attend meetings and events.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, makeup artists, artists and any other personnel involved in projects and staff of the SPA group.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation and, when necessary, accompany the immediate superior to meeting locations to take notes or dictation, or to provide general assistance.
  • Required outstation/overseas travelling.
  • Attend all matters as per instruction by the immediate superior or by a person assigned on behalf.
  • Be involved in household matters such as maintaining household equipment, furniture, children’s daily schedule, drivers, maids, guards, gardener and religious teachers, including replenishing household items.
  • Ensure the superior is well prepared for meetings, events, functions or photo sessions.
Requirements
  • At least PSD / graduates from any discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly committed to the job.
  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with confidential information.
  • Flexible, independent, resourceful, and self‑driven.
  • Pleasant personality and possesses interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Responsible and proactive.
  • High EQ, able to handle emotion and stress well.
