Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Answering phones, taking messages, screening calls, handling correspondence (emails, letters, post).
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, arranging travel, and organizing events.
  • Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, collating reports, drafting letters, and creating presentations.
  • Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, distributing papers, and organizing logistics.
  • Office Organization: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, managing databases, and tracking office supplies.
  • Client & Visitor Interaction: Greeting visitors, acting as a receptionist, and directing inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Data entry, expense processing, basic bookkeeping, and implementing new procedures.
