Assist the Corporate Secretary in preparing, managing, and maintaining official corporate records, minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
Support board and committee operations, including scheduling, agenda preparation, distribution of materials, and meeting logistics.
Record, draft, and edit minutes of board meetings and other leadership sessions.
Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal governance requirements.
Coordinate communication between the executive team, board members, and internal departments.
Maintain document management systems and confidential files.
Assist in policy updates, corporate filings, and reporting obligations.
Perform administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
