We’re looking for an experienced company secretarial manager to lead our secretarial department and manage a diverse client portfolio. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 3 secretarial staff
  • Manage end-to-end company secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements
  • Oversee preparation and submission of statutory filings, resolutions, and minutes
  • Liaise professionally with directors, auditors, regulators, and relevant authorities
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client engagements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in company secretarial practice
  • MAICSA / ICSA qualification is an advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent minute-writing skills
  • Confident, organised, and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of English with a high level of professionalism
