Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking a SEA Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition based in Malaysia or Thailand. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or multi‑country scope.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, platforms, and ATS systems (experience with iCIMS & Success Factors preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Partnership
  • Act as an advisory partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives and deliver market intelligence to support better hiring.
  • Conduct structured behavioral assessments (SHL) to ensure robust evaluation of candidates (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain external talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
2. End‑to‑End Recruitment Excellence
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles (junior, less complex roles) across multiple functions, particularly in TH & MYSG.
  • Facilitate job briefings and develop success profiles to align expectations and competencies.
  • Execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high‑caliber talent.
  • Lead candidate assessments, interviews, and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee offer management in collaboration with HRBPs to ensure competitive and compliant packages.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant data governance within iCIMS and related recruitment systems.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Ensure transparent and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and core values in all talent interactions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives across SEA, including campus engagement and recruitment marketing activities.
4. Data, Insights & Process Improvement
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill (TTF), funnel metrics, etc.
  • Partner SEA Talent Acquisition Manager to drive digitalization and process simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience in line with the new HR People strategies.
