We’re looking for a strategic, tech-driven leader to redefine learning operations and build a digital-first ecosystem that delivers speed, efficiency, and impact. This is your opportunity to shape the future of L&D through technology, automation, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role

Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading a high-performing team, leveraging technology, AI, and automation to deliver seamless learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee end-to-end learning operations—platforms, learner support, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and program delivery across multiple countries.
