Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support complex and sensitive ER cases, including investigations into misconduct, grievances, and interpersonal conflict.
  • Ensure all ER processes are fair, transparent, legally sound, and managed with discretion and professionalism.
  • Document case outcomes and maintain accurate, confidential records and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate workplace and compliance risks, leveraging internal data and external trends to anticipate challenges.
  • Recommend proactive solutions such as policy enhancements, manager coaching, or targeted training interventions.
  • Translate legal and compliance requirements into practical HR policies and processes that work across diverse SEA markets while maintaining BCG’s values and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and audits of HR processes to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Enable HR teams and people managers by providing guidance, resources, and training to enhance confidence and consistency in handling ER situations.
  • Partner with regional HR and Employment Legal teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
  • Analyze case trends and data to generate actionable insights that inform decision‑making and measure the impact of ER interventions.
  • Support reporting and audit documentation for leadership and compliance review.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience with focus in Employee Relations, and/or HR Compliance.
  • Good understanding of SEA labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate extensively with SEA System Lead, SEA People Chair, MDPs, Functional Senior Directors, AP HR.

Additional Info

The role is based in Southeast Asia, with travel across the region to meet client needs.
