Job Title: School Administrator and Student Support Coordinator

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for education? UNDO Academy is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our academic environment. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing general administration to fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

General Administration
  • Build positive relationships with parents, students, and staff.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events (School Open Days, Educational Fairs, School Visits, etc).
  • Handle calls and emails, directing inquiries to the right department.
  • Greet and help visitors at the front desk.
  • Manage administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Translate and edit documents, including presentations and promotional materials.
  • Act as secretary to the management committee, preparing agendas and keeping minutes.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, secure, and well‑functioning workspace.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment, address conflicts, implement discipline policies, and promote positive behaviour strategies.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks.
Student Support
  • Arrange and manage student data (Facebook Group, ID, WhatsApp, attendance, leave).
  • Guide students through the entire lifecycle, from admission to graduation.
  • Build relationships with current and potential students through various channels.
  • Monitor billing and collections, issue receipts as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and the community for appointments.
  • Assist in coordinating Student Hostel services and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Open to Malaysians only.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (knowledge of multiple languages is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
