Job summary

A new scalp treatment salon in Malaysia seeks passionate therapists to join its pioneer outlets. We are launching a new scalp treatment salon brand in Malaysia and are looking for 5 passionate and capable therapists (scalp / hair) to join our pioneer outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform professional scalp and hair treatment consultations in accordance with KOMO’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (training will be provided).

Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized recommendations for suitable treatments and products.

Ensure customers’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their scalp and hair therapy experience.

Serve customers with passion, professionalism, and integrity to create an outstanding service journey.

Proactively recruit new customers, assist with enquiries, manage appointment bookings, and follow up promptly on requests.

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through excellent after‑service communication.

Work closely with team members and the Branch Manager to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.

Support daily operations, including inventory management and product knowledge sharing.

Maintain a professional, clean, and hygienic consultation and treatment environment at all times.

Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.

Job Requirements:

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the Hair Scalp, Aesthetic, Beauty, or Personal Care/Fitness Service industry (training will be provided for suitable candidates).

Outgoing, pleasant, and energetic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive work attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
