Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm based in Kuala Lumpur seeks an SAP Security Specialist. In this role, you'll design and configure applications while ensuring security compliance and managing user administration on SAP platforms. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, and knowledge of Segregation of Duties concepts. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Support SAP application security implementation methodologies, role‑based access controls, and application threat management.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Be part of a team working on global projects.
• User administration using SAP Standard tcodes, CUA, CUP and ARM or IDM.
• Handle Sev1 and major incidents and provide resolution within SLA.
• Identify and communicate issues and risks to the team lead or end user to facilitate timely resolution.
• Support project implementation for SAP applications, GRC and IDM.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Familiar with landscape strategy system architecture.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in SAP Security for at least 2 SAP applications (e.g., ECC & EHP7, BW & BI, GRC, BOBJ, BPC, CRM, SRM).
• Experience with newer SAP applications such as HANA, S4, Fiori, Lumira, IDM, GRC Process Control, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management and Fraud Management.
• Good understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.
• Knowledgeable on different user and role types, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles and Activity Groups, and user administration on different SAP platforms.
