Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP CRM modules. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership in delivering CRM solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business requirements related to customer relationship management
  • Designing and configuring SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing
  • Integrating SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Providing technical support and resolving CRM-related issues
  • Conducting workshops and user training sessions
  • Preparing and reviewing test plans, scripts, and technical documentation
  • Collaborating with QA, development, and infrastructure teams
  • Monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements
  • Ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards
Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring deep SAP CRM expertise and strong communication skills. Key qualifications include:
