Your challenges
  • Act as the key functional contact for MM/WM/PP modules, providing 2nd and 3rd level application support.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA timelines while maintaining system reliability and compliance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system updates and changes within the modules of responsibility.
  • Define test plans, prepare test cases, and coordinate UAT for functional deliverables.
  • Oversee external partners’ work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, CSV) in all SAP activities.
  • Produce and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business teams and junior SAP colleagues.
  • Analyze existing SAP processes and propose enhancements that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve business KPIs.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and contribute to SAP template standardization.
  • Coordinate with global SAP teams to support international rollouts and cross‑regional initiatives.
  • Participate in IT on‑call duty as part of global SAP application support.
Your expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of SAP functional experience, with proven expertise in at least one core module (MM, WM/EWM, or PP).
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP ECC and exposure to S/4HANA migration or projects.
  • Strong configuration and functional knowledge in MM (procure‑to‑pay, inventory), WM/EWM (warehouse/intralogistics), or PP (MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders).
  • Experience with full‑cycle implementations or major rollouts, as well as ongoing operational support.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
