Job description

This role ensures that rim samples are produced, tested, and documented efficiently, supporting quality assurance, design verification, and production readiness. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and effective cross-department communication.

Key Responsibilities

Sample Preparation

• Prepare sport rim samples for trial, testing, or review.
• Conduct initial inspection and take photos of new rim samples upon receipt.
• Notify relevant departments about sample arrival and trial schedules.

Trial Process Tracking

• Monitor and track the progress of rim sample trials through the production workflow.
• Update and maintain the sample trial progress sheet to ensure accurate records.

Sample Documentation & Storage

• Prepare color samples and external review samples.
• Photograph samples for quality records and design verification.
• Package and store samples properly for reference or customer review.

Technical Support & Sample Processing

• Assist in laser programming or other technical processes for sample production.
• Work with production teams to ensure samples meet technical and quality specifications.

Trial Meeting Coordination

• Prepare materials and samples prior to trial or review meetings.
• Assist in organizing, scheduling, and coordinating sample trial meetings with stakeholders.
• Document trial meeting outcomes and produce post-trial notifications for production readiness.
