Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Salesforce Administration.
• Hands-on mastery of Salesforce Automations (Flows, Validation Rules) is mandatory.
• Proven experience integrating data between Salesforce and other tools.
• Mastery of general BI tools with experience leveraging Salesforce data.
• Practical interest in automation scripting and mindset for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy sophisticated automations to eliminate manual data entry.
• Own the accuracy of key Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations.
• Implement and manage API-level integrations between Salesforce and other tools.
• Monitor and flag data quality issues without human intervention.
