A leading financial institution in Malaysia is looking for a Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital Technology (CBDDT) Productions Services analyst. This role requires strong technical knowledge and business acumen to ensure system availability and support multiple applications. Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with teams. CBDDT (Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital Technology) Productions Services analyst in APAC is a critical role which requires good business acumen to be able to work with the business from various LOBs along with strong technical understanding to support multiple complicated applications (CRM, CLM/Fenergo, GIB, ClientFirst, etc.). CBDDT (Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital Technology) Services analyst role ensures operational effectiveness and compliance in supporting the APAC business while supporting both public side and private side users. This role drives to bring in the efficiencies of using CBDDT (Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital) applications by APAC business which strengthens our client relationship with the external clients.
