Join the dynamic sales team at CSYAP as a full-time Sales Support Executive based in Klang, Selangor. In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales operations, providing essential support to the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry
  • Liaise with customers to address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events
