This position will be contracted directly to our Australia based client - Cafetto Pty Ltd, under independent service contractor agreement basis. High pay, key responsibilities, and immediate impact to strengthen our manufacturing operations.

As an International Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Johor Bahru and will attend to all international order processing, customer service and other administration support.

Tasks Required
  • Cafetto International Sales Order Processing
  • Setting up new customer accounts and any other administration tasks related to international orders
  • Basic product enquiries with International customers
  • Coordinating customers’ order shipments with warehouses
  • Following up with all shipment updates
  • Any other tasks if required
Qualifications
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (Advanced to Intermediate level)
  • Business administration, management, or equivalent Diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar field with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good people and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and successfully achieve tight deadline
