Sales Support Administration (Contract)
Location
- Johor Bahru Branch - 5 vacancies
Employment Type
6‑month contract (December 2025 - May 2026)
Basic Salary: RM2,000 per month + Overtime Pay
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Overtime (OT): May be required during peak periods.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer orders
- Prepare invoices and documentation
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Able to start before January 2026 (training required before peak season)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude
Additional Information
- Contract period: December 2025 – May 2026
- Annual Leave: 4 days for 6‑month contract (accumulated at 0.66 day per month). Staff may apply for leave after completing 2 months of service.
- Note: Some of the gift hampers may include alcoholic beverages. Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment that handles such products.
