Job summary

A prominent company in the food service industry located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and supervise their Food Service sales team. The ideal candidate will develop effective sales strategies, cultivate key account relationships, and analyze sales performance. Lead and supervise the Food Service sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the food service channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market coverage.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales plans.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.

Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the FMCG or food service industry, with team management exposure.

Strong understanding of the food service channel and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Able to work independently, travel when required, and perform under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
