• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

• Strong Communication Skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Active listening to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
• Good Negotiation Skills to deal with clients.
• Strong Networking Skills to build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in / call-in customers with passion.

• Work hours Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm, Sat 10am to 4pm (plan to implement shift rotation).
