Company Background: Our client is China's largest private industrial lubricant producer. With global production bases and strong R&D, the Malaysia unit headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with a factory in Klang specializes in industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, greases, cleaners, and surface treatment chemicals, serving industries such as 3C, home appliances, semiconductors, automotive, engineering machinery, and more.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales action plans for key industries in Malaysia, including 3C, home appliances, semiconductors, automotive parts, engineering machinery, metal processing (die casting, machining, cold heading, etc.), injection molding, footwear, paper, and cement. Promote company products such as lubricants, cleaners, rust inhibitors, surface treatment chemicals, and water-based industrial paints.
  • Identify new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle contract negotiation, signing, payment collection, and customer relationship management.
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of new sales team members when required.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B industrial sales experience; factory or industry client resources preferred.
  • Strong competitiveness, business development ability, adaptability, and execution skills.

Able to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills.

Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to liaise with China team members.

  • First 3-6 months need to training at HQ Subang Jaya, company will provide accommodation
