Job Description

- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records and ensuring every outlet's homeshelf has a healthy stock level.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Assisting with roadshows, events, fairs, and sampling booths.
- Supervising promoters, providing product training and briefings.
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections.
