Sales Representative (Key Account Management)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new sales leads in industrial sectors (fertilizer, sugar, agriculture, manufacturing, recycling, logistics).
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Visit customers (factory visits, procurement teams, store managers) to identify opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Directly reporting to director to coordinate orders and delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Build strong understanding of company products: jumbo bags, woven bags, packaging solutions.
Job Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferred industrial/B2B environment). Fresh gradiate encourage to apply

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel for client visits (Car allowance, Phone allowance is provided).
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantoneseis an added advantage).
  • High sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, Excel, quotation prep).
