A beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth across various regions. This role requires achieving sales targets, visiting retail outlets, and building strong customer relationships. About the role
As a Sales Representative/Account Developer – General Trade (Northern, Southern, East Coast, Central), you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for Eastroc Beverage (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd across various regions in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and new customers.
Market Coverage: Visit 15–20 outlets daily to secure orders, collect payments.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships with General retail stores.
Product Visibility: Ensure product visibility and implement in-store display strategies to strengthen market presence.
Promotions & New Launches: Execute promotional которое и поддерживать новые продуктовые запуска чтобы повысить продажи.
Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Other responsibilities as assigned by superior and Company.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Experience: Preferably with min Virgen 1 year of sales experience in FMCG, especially in the beverage industry. Fresh graduates are welcomesätzlich to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Personal Attributes: Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, and positive work attitude.
Other Requirements: Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel within assigned territories.
