Job description

Sales Representative for Mechanical Equipment

Promote and sell the Company's Mechanical Equipment products (such as: industrial stranding machines, wire drawing machines, cabling machines, etc.)

Implement the sales strategy, develop new customers, expand new markets and achieve the assigned sales targets.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and communication, identify potential needs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Handle the entire sales process, including business negotiations, contract signing, order follow-up, and payment.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Marketing, or related fields.

Good command of Malay, English, and Mandarin. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Excellent communication, business negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive personality, strong stress tolerance, and able to travel for short business trips when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
