Job summary

A growing construction firm in Puchong is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its client base and support business growth. The role involves managing new sales leads, providing comprehensive support during and after the sales process, and achieving sales targets while coordinating closely with various teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. A valid driving licence and own transport are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction or renovation.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and manage follow-ups.

KM Concept & Build Sdn. Bhd. is a growing construction and renovation company specialising in interior fit-out and building works for residential and commercial projects. We are committed to delivering quality solutions and excellent customer experience. We are currently looking for a driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage new sales leads from Customer Service, walk-in customers, and self-sourced enquiries.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support including project planning, site measurement, proposal preparation, quotations, and regular site visits.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable renovation or interior solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall annual sales objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations Teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle payment collections, basic purchasing and material sourcing, site meetings, inspections, permit submissions, and site handover to ensure projects are completed defect-free.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, renovation, or interior-related industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, presentable, customer-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently, manage follow-ups, and possess own transport with a valid driving licence.
