  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit terms responsibly.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
