To be ensuring that all Sales, Collection and Marketing related activities executed accordingly to achieve the target and goals that been set by management.
Primary #1
To provide directions, planning and management of sales, distribution and collection activities of assigned sales area for all products of Kumpulan Barkath for Trading Division.
Expected Result : Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of all category of products. Ensure timely sales collection and achieve the collection target as the top priority.
Primary #2
To provide planning and monitoring stock in the market by stock rotation to minimize out of stock and return goods.
Expected Result : To ensure that out of stock situation and goods returns minimize by proper and thorough monitoring stock in the market.
Primary #3
To execute all marketing activities that been set by management accordingly.
Expected Result : Ensure that all campaign and promotional activity that been organized by marketing been executed accordingly and on the given time frame.

Provide local market intelligence to central marketing
Expected Result : Timely feedback of market and competition information.

To assists the Depot Manager and superior in ensuring smooth administration of Logistics and Trading Operation
