About the role

Tetra Pak Machine Sales & Project Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) at UGM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and project. Based in Meru, Selangor, this full‑time position requires strong project management skills and fluency in Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients and project stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on‑time and on‑budget completion
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and senior management
• Identify and address any project risks or issues, proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 2‑3 years’ experience in a sales or project management role, preferably within the engineering industry
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• A customer‑centric mindset and the ability to build long‑term relationships with clients
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
