Job summary

A leading dental implant company in Malaysia is expanding its sales team and seeks passionate candidates to promote and sell dental implant systems, CBCT & X-ray machines, and other products. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese. We are expanding our dynamic sales team – and we want you to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dental implant systems, CBCT & X-ray machines, dental chairs, and other related products.
• Provide product demos and clinical support during surgeries when needed.
• Build strong relationships with dental clinics and grow our customer base.
• Work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and develop new advocates.
• Implement product launch strategies and marketing plans.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and ensure smooth supply flow.
• Hit monthly sales and collection targets.
• Support exhibitions, seminars, and dental congress events on weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field (medical/dental/science-related is a plus).
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Strong interest in healthcare, medical device, or dental industry.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and sales skills.
• Able to travel and preferably own transport.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply! We provide a structured training program and clinical coaching to help you succeed.
• 1–3 months full training at our Main office in Damansara Jaya (duration based on experience).
• Outstation candidates willing to relocate to KL are welcome!
