Job description

Compile and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (Sell-in & Sell-out).

Maintain accurate master data for channels, customers, and price lists in the system.

Monitor sales trends and prepare performance dashboards for management review.

2. Incentive & Commission Settlement

Calculate monthly commissions and incentives for the frontline sales team (Promoters) and dealers.

Verify sales claims and ensure all payouts are accurate and processed on time.

Handle inquiries and disputes regarding commission calculations from the sales team.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Monitor inventory levels (PSI - Purchase, Sales, Inventory) across warehouses and retail outlets.

Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Manage the lifecycle of Demo Units (application, deployment, tracking, and retrieval) and POS materials.

Highlight aging stock risks and assist in clearance planning.

4. Retail Marketing & Promotion Support

Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotional activities and roadshows.

Coordinate the logistics and distribution of marketing materials (Gifts, leaflets, display sets) to stores.

Track and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns (ROI analysis).

5. Operational Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding operational inquiries (system issues, stock availability, policy clarification).

Assist in administrative tasks such as contract filing and expense claims processing.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Admin, or Retail Support (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a MUST (Must be comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and managing large datasets).

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, Finance).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (especially during month-end closing).
