Job summary

A dental health company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated individual to maintain sales records and support the sales department. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing with at least 1 year of relevant experience or be a fresh graduate. Responsibilities include processing orders, compiling sales reports, and responding to customer inquiries. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Committed and motivated to improve on job knowledge.
  • Meticulous, possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales and patient records.
  • Process clients’ orders through email and phone.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and sales staff commissions.
  • Direct and answer feedback/enquiries from customers.
  • Identify and enhance new products’ features.
  • Support the sales department with administrative tasks.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue payments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
