Job description
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop new, and maintain existing customers in the E&E, FMCG (Food Related), Medical/Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Semi-Conductor industries.
  • Provide technical inputs and recommendations on related matters to customers.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of target markets and related clients.
  • Keep abreast of market competitor’s activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high-growth strategy.
  • Monitor monthly sales and collections and prepare yearly budgets.
  • Periodic review of sales with management.
  • Handle customers’ inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Aggressively identify and secure new business opportunities to increase the company’s revenue.
  • Manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales inquiries.
  • Receive and coordinate with the Sales Team and CSR to respond to all sales inquiries in line with the company's sales process.
  • Monitor the status of all live inquiries and ensure sales team actions are completed in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure that all quotes and follow-up activities with customers and potential customers are completed.
  • Coordinate with CSR and Production Team to ensure all inquiries are delivered on time.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Innovative, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Motivated, organized, and self-starter with excellent people skills.
  • Possess own car and willing to travel.
  • Candidates with experience and customer base in the semiconductor, medical, pharmaceutical, and FMCG (Food Related) industries would have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in selling top cover tapes and carrier tapes are encouraged to apply.
