Sales & Marketing Manager (Property Developer)
Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve project sales targets and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
✅Sales Management
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet project targets
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance
- Organize and manage sales launches, exhibitions, and events
- Establish agent networks and bulk buyer partnerships to strengthen market penetration
✅Marketing & Branding
- Manage and coordinate all advertisement materials and campaigns with media agencies, advertising agencies, and real estate agencies for both ongoing and new property launches
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
- Maintain consistent corporate branding across all materials
- Collaborate with agencies for advertising and promotions
✅Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies
✅Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth handling of purchaser inquiries and post-sales service
- Work with Customer Service to resolve buyer issues promptly
✅Reporting
- Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights to management
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property sales and marketing
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
