Key Responsibilities
✅Sales Management
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet project targets
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance
  • Organize and manage sales launches, exhibitions, and events
  • Establish agent networks and bulk buyer partnerships to strengthen market penetration
✅Marketing & Branding
  • Manage and coordinate all advertisement materials and campaigns with media agencies, advertising agencies, and real estate agencies for both ongoing and new property launches
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
  • Maintain consistent corporate branding across all materials
  • Collaborate with agencies for advertising and promotions
✅Market Research & Analysis
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies
    ✅Customer Experience
    • Ensure smooth handling of purchaser inquiries and post-sales service
    • Work with Customer Service to resolve buyer issues promptly
    ✅Reporting
    • Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights to management
