Job summary

A technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager/Executive to enhance its market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, at least 5 years of proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and attending to inquiries. The position offers a basic salary plus commission, ranging from RM8,000 to RM12,000.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationships.
  • Experience and knowledge of MV/LV Switchgear and Transformers is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & marketing of Medium Voltage products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business prospects and visit customers regularly.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER / EXECUTIVE (Basic + Commission : RM8,000 - RM12,000)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive to expand our market presence and manage key customer relationships. The idea candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experiences, excellent communication and strong public relations skills.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of Sales, marketing or customer relationship experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.)
  • Experience & knowledge of MV/LV Switchgear and Transformer will be a strong advantage.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal, organization skills and highly customer oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, posses own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & marketing of Medium Voltage products, develop new customer and new business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationship with customers.
  • Identify new business prospect in the industry and regularly visit customer/consultant.
  • Generate project specification with consultant or developer.
  • Attend to new inquiries, prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales report.
  • Prepare costing, estimation and pricing for sales enquiries.
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
