A leading business solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to oversee sales operations, develop marketing strategies, and manage customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, relevant sales experience, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include conducting market surveys, creating marketing materials, and developing sales performance reports. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Oversee the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing function to ensure alignment with business objectives
Define sales and marketing objectives and develop execution plans to achieve targets
Coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Conduct periodic market surveys to assess market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer demand
Prepare rate comparison reports and Car Park Occupancy (EBC) analysis with recommendations
Develop and implement strategies to improve car park occupancy and maximize revenue yield
Create and manage parking products aligned with approved marketing and revenue strategies
Upload, update, and maintain parking product details across digital platforms and internal systems
Ensure accuracy of rates, operating hours, terms & conditions, promotions, and product configurations
Manage Season Passes, Value Passes, and similar parking products
Develop marketing campaigns based on defined strategies and approved products
Create and manage physical and digital marketing materials for campaigns
Plan, execute, and monitor campaign activities
Edit and publish social media content and blog posts on the company website
Review campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all parking products and car parks
Develop sales dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, gaps, and deviations
Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth
Maintain accurate product documentation, approval records, and historical pricing data
Coordinate with internal departments to support promotional and sales initiatives
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure product configurations reflect actual on-site parking operations
Manage customer engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Implement programs to improve customer usage frequency, and loyalty
Support marketing initiatives related to digital parking products and new offerings
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
