The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing, relevant sales experience, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Job Description
A. Sales & Marketing Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing function to ensure alignment with business objectives

Define sales and marketing objectives and develop execution plans to achieve targets

Coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives

B. Market Survey & Marketing Strategy

Conduct periodic market surveys to assess market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer demand

Prepare rate comparison reports and Car Park Occupancy (EBC) analysis with recommendations

Develop and implement strategies to improve car park occupancy and maximize revenue yield

C. Parking Product Management & Development

Create and manage parking products aligned with approved marketing and revenue strategies

Upload, update, and maintain parking product details across digital platforms and internal systems

Ensure accuracy of rates, operating hours, terms & conditions, promotions, and product configurations

Manage Season Passes, Value Passes, and similar parking products

D. Marketing Campaign Management

Develop marketing campaigns based on defined strategies and approved products

Create and manage physical and digital marketing materials for campaigns

Plan, execute, and monitor campaign activities

Edit and publish social media content and blog posts on the company website

Review campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations

E. Sales Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all parking products and car parks

Develop sales dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, gaps, and deviations

Recommend and implement strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth

Maintain accurate product documentation, approval records, and historical pricing data

F. Operational Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments to support promotional and sales initiatives

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure product configurations reflect actual on-site parking operations

G. Customer Engagement & Retention

Manage customer engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives

Implement programs to improve customer usage frequency, and loyalty

H. Collaboration

Support marketing initiatives related to digital parking products and new offerings

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • a) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related business field (preferred but not a must).
  • b) Relevant sales or business development experience in building material, pest control and hygiene services, security services and systems, cleaning services, parking equipment and parking operations will add advantage.
  • c) Have an understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
  • d) Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, a must. Other language proficiencies would add advantage.
  • e) Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • f) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • g) Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other CRM or IT management tools.
  • h) A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
