We are a fast-growing financial services start-up based in Mitraland, Kota Damansara, providing tailored financial solutions to Malaysian customers. Our company collaborates with cooperatives and established financial institutions to deliver reliable and compliant financing products.

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Telemarketing & Digital Channels) based in Mitraland, Kota Damansara. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms, promoting the company’s personal loan and financing products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Customer database and online leads will be provided, and no face‑to‑face meetings are required.

What you’ll be doing
  • Promote and market personal loan and financing products to eligible customers in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Identify, source, and develop new customers through calls, online marketing, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Explain loan products, financing terms, eligibility criteria, and repayment structures clearly to clients.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documents are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct basic customer assessments including income verification and initial eligibility screening.
  • Liaise with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
  • Follow up closely with customers on application status until disbursement is completed.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat financing and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management review.
