Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (advantage to get higher basic salary based on the interview and skill test).
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field (at least 1-2 years preferred) IS A MUST
• SPM/STPM/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply and will have the same opportunity to be interviewed.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for live hosting/product demos.
• Confident in front of the camera, able to engage and interact with online audiences.
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
• Good relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
• Organized, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Target-driven, motivated to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new products and technologies.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or product sales experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with personalized product recommendations.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, preferences, and competitor products.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions).
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• Host live online product demonstrations (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Prepare scripts, product displays, and technical setups for live sessions.
• Engage with audiences during live events, answering questions and providing solutions.
• Track engagement, sales, and feedback from live events, and optimize future sessions.
