A leading marketing firm in Malacca is seeking a motivated individual to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Marketing or Business, with 1–3 years of experience in related fields. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Able to plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
Familiar with digital marketing platforms, social media, and basic marketing tools is an added advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
