Overview
Experience in promoting and selling residential and commercial buildings, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This position plays a vital role in driving sales performance and executing marketing strategies to support our building and high-rise development projects across Kedah.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial units for new and ongoing building/high-rise development projects.
- Manage the entire sales process from client inquiry, consultation, site tour, booking, SPA coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide professional customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Identify new sales opportunities, including corporate clients and property investors.
- Liaise with real estate agents, lawyers, bankers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Marketing Duties
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies to increase project visibility and sales conversion.
- Organize and participate in sales launches, roadshows, property exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Oversee and manage the company’s digital marketing presence, including social media platforms, property portals, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, video content, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand buyer trends and propose suitable pricing or promotion strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property sales or real estate, preferably in residential and commercial building projects.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written) to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel locally for meetings, client visits, and marketing events.
- Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
