We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at the SWAN GARDEN RESORT HOTEL (MELAKA) in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As a full-time member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a key role in promoting our hotel's offerings and driving revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase occupancy rates

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients

Coordinating and participating in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to raise the hotel's profile

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly

Gathering and analysing data to track the success of marketing campaigns and inform future strategies

Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences and support cross-selling initiatives
