SALES & MARKETING - ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER

Job Description

  1. Develop & execute overall marketing plan & strategies for new projects.
  2. Work closely with creative agencies to prepare & execute branding & awareness campaign for new projects in terms of project positioning, branding, project naming, logo design, advertising, marketing collaterals, communication strategies, etc.
  3. Preparation, planning & execution of new launches for new projects in terms of sales gallery, show units, pricing strategies, sales packages, back-end booking system, end financiers.
  4. Develop & manage integrated marketing communication plans (digital, social, print, events) for ongoing & new projects.
  5. Plan & execute smart collaboration & co-branding with brand partners.
  6. Market intel & competitor analysis & market trends for new project planning.
  7. Prepare & managing Marketing Budget as approved by the Management.
  8. Tracking & monitoring marketing expenditures in line with sales target.
  9. Work closely with internal sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
  10. Strategise, Manage social media channels to enhance market presence & sales leads generation.
  11. Involve in planning & implementation of TSLAW Galaxy App.

Job Description

  1. Plan & develop overall corporate branding strategies for TSLAW Land.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with corporate and project objectives.
  3. Develop integrated marketing communication plans (digital, social, print, events, PR) for TSLAW Land Corporate branding.
  4. Plan, develop & manage digital platforms such as corporate website, TSLAW Galaxy App, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Manage & ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication & promotional channels.
  6. Liaise & work closely with creative agencies, media partners, brand partners & other stakeholders on strategic partnership & co-branding campaign.
  7. Develop and execute strategies to position the company’s projects for industry recognition and prestigious awards (local and international).
  8. Provide creative direction for marketing campaign, advertising, marketing collaterals & project presentations.
