Job summary

A local business office in Johor Bahru is looking for an administrative support specialist. The successful candidate will manage documentation, coordinate product distribution, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order management. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to engage with clients. The role requires resourcefulness and independence, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers immediate start and requires occasional travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
  • Ensure maintenance of documentation and filing system.
  • Co-ordinate product distribution to customers and partners.
  • Follow up on quotations and coordinate orders for customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers on purchasing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product promotions and market research.
  • Assist with inventory ordering to maintain stock levels.

Job description

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.


Ensure maintenance of documentation and filing system.


To co-ordinate and conduct product to customers/ business partners/ internal sales personnel periodically.


Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction


Liaise with oversea suppliers on all purchasing activities.


Providing general secretarial and administrative support, including purchasing and logistics.


Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related to improve sales


You should also make sure that the functions of all related processes are running smoothly.


Able to work under least supervision, under pressure and fast-paced working environment.


Assist with inventory ordering and replenishment to ensure sufficient stock level at all times.


Develop marketing plan and strategize seasonal promotional in terms of ads, mailer and catalogues to its most effective way.


Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation and involves in developing sales strategies to meet sales targets.


Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Advance/ Higher/ Pre-U / Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.


Required language(s) : MANDARIN & ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.


Possess with own transport and willing to travel.


Required outstation 1-2 times per quarter (within Malaysia)


Full-Time positions available and Able to start work immediately.
