A leading beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager for SodaXpress to drive sales strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B equipment or FMCG. Responsibilities include identifying new accounts, managing relationships, and coordinating with distributors to ensure strong market presence. Lead sales strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets while driving distributor performance, market coverage, and key business KPIs.
Identify, approach, and secure new F&B accounts (restaurants, hotels, caterers, bars).
Expand presence in electronics retail stores, ensuring strong product visibility and sell-through.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and create tailored proposals based on customer needs.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, providing after-sales support and gathering customer feedback.
Deliver product and operational training to restaurant teams and retail floor staff.
Ensure stock availability, proper POSM placement, and promotional activities at all touchpoints.
Conduct regular outlet and store visits to monitor performance and execution.
Coordinate with distributors to maintain smooth supply, inventory flow, and replenishment.
Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market promotions.
Understand all product features, safety protocols, and CO₂ cylinder handling.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist customers with operational queries.
Maintain a clear sales pipeline, track activities, and provide weekly performance reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Min 3 years of experience in sales (F&B equipment, FMCG, appliances, or retail preferred).
Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is an advantage.
