About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd in our Skudai Johor regional office. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and expanding our customer base in the local market.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the Kuala Lumpur region.
• Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage key customer accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence on logistics and courier solutions.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and operational excellence.
• Undertake other sales-related duties as assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in the service industry, preferably in Logistics or Courier Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an advantage.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Klang Valley and nearby regions.
