Qualifications
  • Minimum STPM, preference with Diploma or Degree in related Marketing / Business Management or it equivalent,
  • Min 3 years senior position, experience in related FMCG organization in operations, sales and customer services related roles,
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, aggressiveness and able to work independently within the organization and principle,
  • Results oriented leadership, able to lead sales and operations team, and monitor outlets sales and aging / collection,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the distributor sales team and execute their journey call plans,
  • Good credit management to ensure outlets credit limits and payments are strictly adhered to outlet credit agreements,
  • Able to manage sales and operations teams with the brand owner / principle to achieve business performance,
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales target / sales opportunities and create brand awareness and outlet service level,
  • Computer literate, able to prepare and monitor sales target, sales review and business performance report with principle,
